In order to ensure the long-term maintenance of 6S and team construction work, to prevent the decline, at the same time make lean management demand research, May 24th, Ministry of information management organization of the company 6S promotion office responsible person, group personnel and other departments in the implementation of a total of 18 people, held a meeting to promote the management of 6S (lean).

The meeting first conveyed the group president to strengthen attention, improve standards, intensify inspection work requirements for 6S, informed the typical problems of inspection and spot checks found that the president of the group, and combining the existing problems, discussed to determine the next step work plan.

Next, the group will continue to focus on implementation of inspection and supervision and random combination mode, intensify supervision and inspection, to guide the continuous improvement, lean learning and deepen internal diagnosis, creating lean atmosphere, promote the long-term maintenance of 6S work, lay a good foundation for the smooth introduction of lean management.
